RETURNS OVERVIEW:

• Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email. 
• All returns must be received within 30 days. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible
• No Exchanges. No Refunds.
• Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
• FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.

FINAL SALE:

• Sale Category or items discounted 20% or greater
• Gift Cards
• Jewelry, Hats, or Hair Accessories
• Personalized or Custom made-to-order items
• Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return policy window will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order at 352-409-8989 or direct message us on Instagram @ivymountdora

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD
If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

• Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.
• If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
